📌 Deposits & Payments:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

⏳ Late Policy:

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.

• After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show (see cancellation policy below).

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook.

🚫 No Extra Guests:

• To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, NO extra guests or children are allowed unless they are receiving a service.

👶 Uncontrollable Children:

• For safety and relaxation purposes, please do not bring children who are not receiving a service. If a child becomes disruptive, you may be asked to reschedule, and your deposit will not be refunded.
